So for example if you order a Mug, a Tshirt, and a Necklace... Your mug may ship out first and then the Tshirt and Necklace a few days later or vise versa. Production times vary from Item to Item but are shipped independently of eachother! This allows for faster shipping per item and our customers really enjoy getting their items ASAP! Shipping is Free sitewide and we only ship to the United States.
Also some shipping companies, USPS, Fed Ex, UPS... scan items as delivered when the package is loaded onto the shipping truck. Please allow for 24 hours after receiving an alert that your item was delivered for your item to arrive. We do not and can not control shipping times, once the item leaves our facility it is in the shipping providers hands. The mail service providers are doing there absolute best to get your packages to you! Please be kind!

We do accept returns for damaged items, these items must be reported via email through our "contact us" tab within 14 days of receiving the item. Photo evidence of damages must be submitted with the email. Our team members will review the photos submitted and address any concerns that the customer may have.
Items returned without first reaching out to us via email will not be elligable for a refund.
Returns due to 'Buyer Remorse' or simply because you changed your mind are not accepted. If you have any questions you can always reach out to us via our chat or through our contact us tab (Usually Replies within a few hours). We will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
